| Fees
Flat Rate
Criminal defense matters, wills, powers of attorney and various
other civil matters often involve a single, flat-rate fee
to the client. The fee depends on the seriousness and complexity
of the matter involved.
Contingency Fee
A contingency fee is based upon a percentage of money a client
collects as the outcome of a case. This method is used mostly
in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Hourly Rate
A set hourly rate may be used in some criminal defense and
civil litigation cases. When this method is used, a retainer
fee is usually required.
All initial consultations are free.
